If this is a function of the Ohio Turnpike Commision, someone needs to get this service plaza in shape. I took pictures of each vendor on the way out and could not find a manager any where. We consumed the meals and noted on the way out, still only 2 employees at BK and Sbarro still had not replenished any of their pizza or pasta dishes. It took a total of 45 minutes to get our meals, and they were terrible, both were lukewarm and the Burger was not freshly cooked. By the time we got to order, we ordered from the menu a whopper and spicy chicken with no special requests to avoid further delay. It became apparent in a short time that there were only two employees at BK also, a cashier and one cook. The line at Burger King was about 12-15 people long but decided to stand and wait it out. There were only two employees in this area, so we moved on to the Burger King store hoping for a quicker meal than waiting for pizza or pasta. of ready food, with none apparent in the ovens. Upon entering the food service area we first noted that the Sbarro store was almost completely empty. 28th my wife and I stopped at the Tiffin River Service Plaza for rest, food and gas.
